Meet United Way Hand-Raiser Greg Cavoli

A United Way supporter for 20 years, Greg Cavoli’s eyes were opened to the needs in our community through his many years coaching youth sports and spending time with a variety of families from around our area.

Greg chooses to support United Way of the Capital Region because he feels it is the best solution to making a real impact in our community. His greatest concern is making sure every child in our community has food, shelter, health care and education.

United Way of the Capital Region recently identified those same areas as priority issues in our community. Working with our community, we are launching three new pilot projects this year in access to health care, school readiness, and workforce development and financial literacy opportunities. We also remain committed to basic needs services because we believe everyone should have a place to turn in urgent situations.

If these issues are also important to you, learn more about our work in the areas of health, education, income and basic needs.

Greg Cavoli is general manager of Enterprise Holdings, Inc. and chair of United Way of the Capital Region’s 2017 fundraising campaign.
